don999 Terms and Conditions – Read Before You Play

• In the event of a software error that affects game outcomes, don999's maximum liability is limited to refunding the stake affected by the error. don999 is not liable for hypothetical winnings that would have been earned had the error not occurred.
• don999 is not liable for any delay in the transmission of funds arising from the processing timelines of third-party payment providers.

You may close your don999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real money balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and after deducting any active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements.

don999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC or AML verification requests within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.

Where an account is terminated for cause, don999 may forfeit any bonus balance and associated winnings. If you do not agree with any change, you should close your account before the effective date of the amendment. don999 will not penalise any player who closes their account solely as a result of disagreeing with a Terms amendment.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially affect player rights — may be made without specific notification, though the updated date on this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
